Hi, I am Gail Shoop, owner and general manager of Ambassador Corporate Travel Services, Inc. Thank you for visiting the Ambassador website.
I established Ambassador in 1995 to offer professional travel services solely dedicated to the corporate community. After years as an in-house agent, I understood that companies did not want their people making travel plans. I created Ambassador to be a single resource where executives could send employees for all their travel needs.
My business model is based on providing world-class customer service - to be the business traveler's best resource. I have built a reputation for delivering convenient and cost-effective travel for my clients. Most of Ambassador's customers have been with me for over ten years.
I personally manages all of Ambassador's client relationships. You can be assured of a friendly and familiar voice at the other end of the phone when planes are delayed or meetings are cancelled.
Over the past five years, I have expanded Ambassador's services to include meeting and event planning. My experience and conscientiousness have alleviated the stress of many senior executives at hosting an offsite meeting.
